Does Your Job Satisfaction Matter In Home Business Opportunity?

Written by admin on May 7th, 2011

The highlight of my day is talking with ordinary people about their expectations about a unique home business opportunity. It is the human touch in a high tech world that is much appreciated. The conversation always starts by asking about what they may be looking for, their experiences and personalities and it is heartfelt how many people are nice and open to sharing ideas. However, it has always amazed me how many people set such limited restrictions to their potential. So many people seem to focus more on what they don’t have and limit their abilities to the past or fear that first step.

My conversation is to assure them that there are real back-to-basics home business opportunities that hold such potential for such positive impact on their lives. Even more importantly, people should not miss out because of self-denial or lack of information. If I was poor, I’d turn every corner and beat every door to find a simple solution out of a paltry existence with all excuses nailed down.

Sometimes it’s hard to summarize the essential parts of starting a home business. Here are three things to think about…why, what and how.

ONE: RIGHT TIME TO EVALUATE YOUR CURRENT JOB SATISFACTION

Americans’ job satisfaction falls to record low according to Yahoo! News. You can request to read the entire article or here is a quick summary. Even Americans who are fortunate enough to have work in this economy are becoming more unhappy with their jobs. A new survey found only 45 percent of Americans are satisfied with their work for a variety of reasons:

…fewer workers consider their jobs to be interesting. What is the effect on productivity?
…incomes have not kept up with inflation.
…household incomes have shrunk since 2000.
…soaring cost of health insurance has eaten into workers’ take-home pay.
…less than half of workers feel secure in their jobs.
…slightly more than half say they are satisfied with their commute to work, like their co-workers and/or are satisfied with their boss.

How would you reply to a survey about your 9 to 5 employment?

TWO: THE RIGHT PERSONAL ORDER…ROCKS BEFORE SAND.

You’ve may be familiar with this old networking story and it is never more important than now to hear it one more time.

A teacher puts an empty jar on the table. Next to it, she has a pile of sand, a pile of pebbles, and a pile of rocks. Then she asks the students how to fit them all into the same jar. Many try, none succeed. Finally, the teacher reveals the simple logic. First, you put in the big rocks. Then the pebbles. Then the sand.

The point is that you can fit in everything you want to do if you’ve got the sense to “invert your order.” The rocks represent the big things in life…like security, free time, health, family, relationships, faith, self-satisfaction to be the best you can be. The pebbles represent other main things that matter in your life such as work, school, car, and home. The sand signifies the remaining “small stuff” like games and material possessions.

Imagine now that this jar signifies your life. The rocks are the truly important things, such as family, health, time and relationships. If all else was lost and only the rocks remained, your life would still be meaningful. The pebbles are the other things that matter in your life, such as work, school, community and hobbies. The sand is everything else, the small stuff, the TV sit-coms, the errands, the material possessions. If you put the sand into the jar first, there is no room for the pebbles or the rocks.

The same can be applied to your lives. If you spend all your time and energy on insignificant details, you will never have room for the things that are truly important.

THREE: THE RIGHT HOME BUSINESS PLAN IS BACK TO BASICS

The point is you can make money in any network marketing home business if your message is simple enough.

Who knows the real reason why the network marketing industry has become so complicated…maybe it’s the natural feature of progressive growth. There certainly are a host of internet MLM gurus out there actively calling us to buy into their complex programs of self-aggrandizement or branding.

But network marketing has always been about average people with above average dreams who want to start a home business with minimum capital and some sweat equity. And the power of network marketing has always been about word of mouth advertising between real people, not virtual strangers on the internet sharing some new ideas and breakthroughs.

Network marketing has come of the age and now effectively bridges the major trends in internet marketing world with democratic principles of a simple home business that every family can do.

New customers can now download a free shopping service to first enjoy real time savings on all their purchases whether online or offline. Lack of start-up money is no longer an objection. You have access to a compelling video and webinar to explain the System for Success in 3 Steps. Who really cannot use the phone to invite people to watch an exciting webinar in order to make money from home, especially after they have personally saved a few hundred dollars or more? Time and training are no longer objections.

Understand it’s not about product details, industry knowledge, masterminds, branding, internet expertise, or advertising expenses. It’s about knowing two motivated people who want the same things as you do to start your Two Team to Infinity Pay Plan.

Are you ready to take a few minutes to watch a transformational video and get your questions answered? It is time to get your priorities right and work with like-minded people who care. It is about believing you are at the right time, the right place and deserve better.

No matter how busy you are, try to find some time over the next two weeks to reflect, think, give and plan. It will be one of the most important exercises you can do with your family that will positively impact the next twelve months. When ready, it would be a privilege to talk with you and learn more about your experiences and expectations.

“Tomorrow is the most important thing in life.Comes into us at midnight very clean. It’s perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we’ve learned something from yesterday.” John Wayne
