The NHS: A Seriously Failing Public Service With no Internal Robust Financial Management Systems

Written by admin on December 5th, 2010

public money being poured into the huge vortex that is the NHS today.

Social Services have risen to the challenge of Performance Management and the result has been the significant improvement of services to it’s clients which puts their needs first and not the needs of the organisation.  I cannot see why the NHS is unwilling to rise to the challenge – they’ve got more than enough money to do it – they just need to employe high quality staff and get rid of a lot of the deadwood they employ at the moment who are neither competent to be in their posts or are interested in the patients using their services.
